KPJ Klang was recognized by the Obstectrics and Gynaecology Society Scientific meeting held recently. The patient was trying to conceive for 11 years post Cesarean setion and she had a cesarean scar defect. She was referred for corrective surgery from an IVF center.
She successfully conceived after laparoscopic surgery and delivered a baby by repeat Caesarean section. We were given the due recognition as this was the first reported case in Malaysia. Kudos to the Dr Vijay Consultant Gynae and Advanced Laparoscopic surgeon and nurses from Gynae, Radiology, Anethesia and Operation theater Departments. Well done Team KPJ Klang.
